Here is our boring skinny Christmas tree. I have always liked that it's skinny because it doesn't take up much room. And over the last couple years I have really loved the white lights because they go with everything. But this particular year I'm not too jazzed about it. It really needs ornaments to dress it up. Very very plain.
But when you have a 3 year old that has knocked it over twice we're a little leary at putting ornaments on it. We may. Family is coming over Saturday for her birthday party and I'm feeling the tree is a little naked.
So I'm taking a poll....ornaments or no ornaments. What do you all think?

I vote for fancying it up, but not necessarily with ornaments. You could do a shimmery garland or ribbon wrapped around from top to bottom. Or make a bunch of simple felt ornaments that wouldn't be harmed if Mackenzie knocked it over.
Yeah I agree with Sara...what about some cute berry looking garland...I guess she could wrap herself in that b/c Gavin would...the other day he had the curtain cord wrapped around his neck...a big No-No and would make you panic.
I say just go with the lights...it's still festive.
