Window Picture Frame

On my way to grab lunch last week I walked by an antique store and saw a couple old style farmhouse windows for sale. When I saw them I instantly wanted to put pictures behind them and hang on the wall. I went back 2 days later to buy 1, maybe 2, and here is what I came home with. I'm very excited and I can't wait to see how it turns out. I can't decide if I'm going to keep it the way it is or paint it a fresh new color. Stay tuned.

I love this idea...I have a window frame down in my basement that I was going to do the same thing to. I found a pic when I was planning my wedding that had this frame with antique looking wedding photos of parents, grandparents and the bride & groom...a little view into the past it was VERY cute and classy. You'll have to let me know how it turns out!

I can't wait to see how it turns out. I like the rustic look of how it looks now, but could see it painted too.

What a great find! There's a cool letterpress shop on the east side that has windows like this hanging from the ceiling, all the way down to the floor, serving as a partition.
