Kris beat Adam? Don't get me wrong. I think Kris is a great singer but I felt that Adam had a little more edge. You were always surprised when he came out. They both tended to change up the original some of the time but Adam seemed like he did it more. In a good way. Kris reminded me of a John Mayer. That style. But I never did see Kris anywhere in the bottom 3 and I know Adam at least landed there one time. Obviously they are both going to go on and have careers and be forever famous.
Did anyone think it was strange that Kris Allens wife didn't get interviews or talked to? Everything went to his parents. I thought that was kind of odd. Hate to be a skeptic but I'm sure the fame will change them and they will have some tough roads ahead.
I thought last nights finale was the best one ever. I couldn't get over all the famous singers they had. Kiss? Wow. Never thought I'd see them on AI's stage. I also loved the bikini girl segment with Kara coming out there and singing and snapping her dress open to show her bikini.

LOVE this entire piece. I think you were READING my mind on EVERYTHING!!! Kris' Wife... um yeah.. totally, my sister and I were SOOOOO CONFUSED as to why she got NO air time. But I did hear that AI was trying to hush the fact that he is married... probably so girls can oogle at him and think there's a chance. I don't know. But my sister and I were wondering if they will last.... even when they showed him going home, it was like he wasn't even married, they showed her maybe once and they weren't even holding hands in the parade. Wierd.... But I really hope his fame doesn't pull them apart.
Loved the piece with Kara, very cute. I hated the song with Kiss & Adam though, I thought that the performance and costumes were so extreme that you never even heard his voice. Plus what was he wearing? Creepy!
I wanted Adam to win but I have loved Kris from the very beginning so I am not disappointed. Adam deserved it but the average person can better relate to Kris. Anyways.. I will stop ranting :-)

Yes, I was shocked however I was rooting for Kris, I love an underdog...and then I find out Adam was the underdog! I was surprised too; thought Adam would def win.
And I was thinking the same thing, why do they keep going to the parents when he's married. That is really weird! I wanted to see what the wife thought and we never heard anything. I was also disappointed Kris did not share much emotion when winning. Maybe he was in shock? I loved how David Cook had tears and sang last year, very touching , this year not so much.
And I agree when kara came out and ripped open her dress...hilarious!!!! Loved it!
The line up was great for the finale but the actual winning, final two, not my favorite.
