My goodness! Take a look at that! That is a dandelion weed. I'm not so sure I've ever seen one that long before.
Tonight while dinner was baking I went out to pull up some dandelions in the front yard that I saw when I pulled in the driveway tonight. This was one of the many I found but the only one that had a root like that. Now I know why they are so hard to get rid of.

Wow! that is long! I guess it had all Winter to grow that long root. I spent Saturday pulling weeds...good times.
